MLD-UK conference

Dr Wolf has been invited as an honorary guest speaker to talk at the MLD-UK conference next year sharing his experience on VASER and how MLD helps with the recovery.

In his experience it is a vital part of the aftercare program, almost as important as the VASER itself.  The intricacies of the lymphatic system are poorly understood, but we know that the lymphatics become very sluggish after any form of intervention as they are very simple and delicate structures.  Assisting in kick starting these again is of major importance in relieving the swelling and oedema of the treated areas.

Lipomodeling does not interfere with mammograms

This is an interesting article reassuring the concerns of post op imaging for fat graft breast augmentation.  The study indicates that viewing images of breast after fat graft is no more difficult to interpret than images of breasts that have not undergone fat grafting.

Dr Wolf appointed onto European Faculty of Advanced Body Sculpting Institute (ABS)

The Advanced Body Sculpting Institute (ABS Institute) of Denver, Colorado, led by  Dr. John Millard, and his Triple Board Certified associate Dr. David Broadway, is on cloud nine to publicize the add-on of a new practice in London. 

As the universal personality of hands-on High Definition Liposculpture techniques and training, ABS Institute and their renowned group are dedicated to the preparation of physicians worldwide. Partnering with Dr. Mike Comins, MD and Dr. Dennis Wolf, MD, provides Eurpoean doctors the chance to take hands-on simple and modernized VASER Liposculpture and Stem Cell Fat Transfer practice in the UK.

As the initial and third doctors to be lerned in VASER High Definition Liposculpture in the UK, Dr. Dennis Wolf and Dr Mike Comins collectively have achieved more than 2,000 typical VASER procedures and scarcely 200 VASER Hi Definition treatments. Additionally, both Dr. Comins and Dr. Wolf were the initial pioneers to introduce fat transfer in the UK, and together have achieved 70 breast augmentations utilizing this modernized technique.

Paving the way as the initial additions to the ABS Institute team, Dr. Comins and Dr. Wolf will lead the practice in both simple and modernized liposculpture techniques. The courses will be administered by Dr. Wolf and Dr. Comins practice, The Private Clinic Group.

Dr Wolf appointed Advanced VASER™ trainer for Europe....

Reassuring article on risks of fat graft to the breast

There has been alot of debate about the potential risks of natant fat graft into the breast and this article will give patients and practitioner alike some reassurance about the lack carcinogenic affects of fat grafting.  A two year  follow-up study shows that there is no increased risk of breast cancer in any of these cases.
